With a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, Angela offers a unique blend of financial acumen and industry-specific knowledge.

Over the past two decades, Rheitta navigated every stage of the childcare industry: licensing, staffing, curriculum development, compliance, business operations, financial management, and creating environments where children can learn and grow.


Her success as an owner-operator naturally evolved into consulting, where Rheitta began guiding aspiring childcare owners and leaders through the complex process of licensing and operating sustainable, high-quality childcare centers. From developing business plans and navigating regulations to designing engaging learning spaces and implementing operational systems, she has helped clients turn their childcare dreams into successful, lasting programs.
